Planning Council - Finance Committee

The Finance Committee reviews the budget for the Office of HIV Planning and makes recommendations for expenditure of funds and budget policies (jointly with the CPG), assesses the efficiency of the grantee’s administrative mechanism in rapidly allocating funds to the areas of greatest need, and other activities as assigned by the Planning Council.  This committee also plans and oversees the process for the allocation and reallocations of Part A funds.
