The documents contained in this section represent the work conducted by the Planning Council and CPG with the support of the Office of HIV Planning staff. They are updated on an annual basis and are used by the community planning bodies to assist them in making informed decisions around HIV prevention and care services. Several of these documents are required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and/or the Health Resource Services Administration (HRSA) for community planning purposes.
