About the RWPC Nominations Committee
The Nominations Committee assembles a review panel of Planning Council members to discuss applications for membership. Utilizing objective criteria, each panel member completes an independent review of every application, including whether or not an applicant reflects the demographics of the local epidemic. Final review and appointment is determined by the City of Philadelphia's Managing Director's Office. This committee also reviews attendance of current members and enforces attendance policies.
Recently, the Nominations Committee selected nine new members for the Ryan White Planning Council. Interested in applying for membership on the Council? We are always taking applications, and typically review them twice each year. Apply now! The committee is also currently working on a RWPC member satisfaction survey in order to improve the experience of serving on the Planning Council.
This committee meets on the second Thursday of the month from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. Please see the calendar for upcoming meeting information.
