Setting Priorities for the Ryan White Part A Philadelphia EMA
One of the Planning Council's main responsibilities is setting service priorities for the region. This process is done every three years in depth and yearly as a shortened process. The priority setting process is led by the Comprehensive Planning Committee (CPC), but other committees often participate. Priorities do not directly impact funding for services. Priority setting is about which services are most important with the Philadelphia EMA.
